Ihre Aufgaben
- Provide social, pedagogical, and practical guidance to youth and families in community settings.
- Organize developmental workshops, integration activities, and educational support projects.
- Liaise with schools, municipal authorities, healthcare providers, and family services.
- De-escalate crisis situations and implement individual support plans.
Das bringen Sie mit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (Soziale Arbeit), Social Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Strong crisis intervention skills, empathy, and organizational abilities.
- German B2/C1 proficiency (language training support provided by Philip Global).
